Mortar splash bonded to the brickwork, cement film across the render, stickers and dust on every pane of glass, and hard landscaping that has been driven over for months. None of it is a defect, but all of it is the first thing anyone notices on the day the keys go over.
We take care of everything outside the plot, from the brickwork and glazing down to the driveway and hard landscaping. We’re strictly an exterior cleaning company, so if you have someone covering the inside, we’re the ones making sure the outside matches it.

Plenty of our after builders work comes from homeowners who have had an extension or a new driveway put in, and have been left with cement splashes up the render, mortar trodden into the paving and a layer of dust over everything the scaffold touched. Builders build. Cleaning up to that standard is a different job, and it’s usually the bit left for someone else to sort out.
On a development, it’s the stage nobody budgets enough time for. The trades finish, the scaffold comes down, and what looked like a finished house is suddenly covered in everything the build left behind. It lands in the last fortnight before handover, which is exactly when there’s no slack in the programme.
That’s the part of the job we’re built for. We turn plots around fast and work to the date you give us, whether that’s one house after an extension or twenty on a phased release. On multi-plot developments, we work through them in whatever order suits the release schedule, so the plots going to handover first get cleaned first, and nothing holds up the sale.

Once the brickwork is right, the rest of the plot needs to be brought up to the same standard. Glass and frames are cleaned inside and out, with stickers, labels and paint spots taken off, which is the detail buyers notice first and the one that gets missed most often.
Below that, driveways, paths and patios take a heavy beating during a build, and new block paving, in particular, collects mortar droppings and plant tracking that need to be shifted before anyone moves in. Where render has been marked, we clean it with a gentler, low-pressure method, since new render is easily damaged and a jet washer will cut straight into it. It all falls under the wider commercial exterior cleaning we provide to contractors and businesses across the region.
